Common Questions

How will Hosanna Family Church enable social distancing at their church?

Our team will welcome you as you arrive. We will also limit gatherings in the hallways as much as possible. Our ushers will guide you to your seats.

Will Hosanna Family Church be screening those who attend in person?

Temperature checks and symptoms screenings will be required for our team. We ask everyone attending to use good judgment. If any of the following applies to you, please worship with us online:

1. In the last 14 days you have tested positive for Covid-19, been experiencing symptoms, or have a known exposure to COVID-19.

2. If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at a “high-risk” for severe illness.

Are seating reservations required?

If you have not already registered to join us In-Person, we kindly ask that you register to let us know if we will be seeing you at our 11 AM Sunday service.  Seating will be provided on a first come, first served basis. We are continuing to watch local, state, and federal guidelines to help us determine safe practices and follow social distancing requirements.

11am is start time. Please arrive on time. To help us properly clean and sanitize the building before service begin, we ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start of service. Doors will open at 10:45am.

What sanitization measures will be in place?

We will clean and sanitize the church frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building. A Hand-sanitizing station will be placed in the hallway.

How can I protect myself and others?

We not only have to consider our personal preferences, but also ensure the environment is safe for everyone. It’s very important for the health and comfort of others that we all follow the recommended practices such as:

1.Wearing a cloth face cover in public places.

2.Washing your hands thoroughly and often.

3.Covering coughs and sneezes.

4.Practicing social distancing by avoiding physical contact and maintaining 6 feet of space (if possible) between you and people that live outside of your home.

5.Staying home if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness.

Please read about these and other safety measures in further detail here.

What about face coverings?

Face coverings are highly encouraged. If you do not have one, they will be available for you as you walk in the door. To help facilitate a safe environment for everyone, our staff and volunteers will be wearing face coverings as they serve.

What if I am considered “high-risk”?

If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue joining us for service online.
